The Signature of Kobi Karp
In the heart of Miami Beach, where heritage whispers through breezeways and every sunrise paints architecture in gold, The 1525 Residences rises with timeless clarity. Designed as a celebration of space, form, and function, the building is the result of a vision carefully brought to life by Adar Investment and Management LLC, who, in close collaboration with world-renowned architect Kobi Karp, sought to honor the soul of Miami Beach’s Art Deco legacy.
Together, they envisioned a residence that preserves the elegance of the past while embracing the future. Floor-to-ceiling windows, inspired by the iconic proportions of Art Deco design, flood each home with natural light, connecting the interiors to the lush surroundings of Miami Beach. The result is an architectural dialogue where history and modernity coexist—where timeless beauty meets contemporary living.
Karp’s approach is visible in the lines of the balconies, the interplay of shaded overhangs, and the careful balance between privacy and light. Every level, every inch, is composed for elegance. A rooftop terrace crowns the design with lush serenity, inviting endless skies into daily living.
